How do I pay the reservation?

Upon reservation 30% of the hotel costs are payable by bank transfer. Should the guest be staying longer then a months cost are requested in advance. The reservation is confirmed as soon as the payment is confirmed by our bank. The remainder of the bill is payable either in cash (CHF) on arrival or by bank transfer in CHF or EUR. Last minute reservations can be paid in cash on arrival. Should you prefer a bank transfer then we request you bring along a copy of the transaction.

Are there special rates for children?

Children under 12 are free of charge. For small children we can provide a cot free of charge. Should you request this service please notify us in advance. Children over 12 are charged as adults.

What happens when a booking is cancelled or changed which has previously been confirmed?

Date changes to the reservation are subject to a fee of CHF 50.00. An extension of the stay is however free of charge, please note however that changes are subject to availability. The costs of the stay after check-in are non refundable. No refunds are granted for late arrival, early departure or unused nights.

When can I check in or out?

Check in time is from 14:00 can however be made earlier if rooms are available The check out time is generally 10:30 am, although exceptions are possible.

Is internet available?

WiFi is available in the guest house free of charge. The password will be given upon check in.

Is there a cleaning service?

The rooms are cleaned every fortnight and the linen changed. An additional cleaning can be requested, at a cost of CHF 50.00, with the cleaning personnel.

Are pets accepted?

No, pets are not allowed.

Is smocking allowed?

Our guest house is a nonsmoking establishment.
